I would have given 5 stars but the job was not completely finished. The locksmith promised to return but he never did. The phone number he gave me wasn't set up yet. I called Home Adviser and they said they'd look into it and call me back, but they never did.

I would have appreciated a call back after I submitted my request to confirm. I wish we had more probing questions before the appointment so we could have had a better idea of the pricing. The technician was very nice and friendly and the quality of work was great.
