Concrete Foundation - Repair

I found this company on Google's advertising, and I paid this company $55k to repair my foundation, insulate, and waterproof my home. Water is still coming into my basement after the work has been completed. When I reported this to Charlie from Local Masonry and Construction, he asked if I was aware that I hired him for foundation repairs. I replied with our contract that he hand-wrote, which listed my repairs, which included the foundation restoration, insulation, and waterproofing. I initially contacted this company for waterproofing my basement and he informed me that my house was sinking and that I needed foundation repairs. I agreed to have him fix it, but he neglected to fix the water issue. I have sent him numerous texts and many photos of the water flood in my basement, and he does not reply. I now have to hire an attorney to bring him to court. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I will add photos shortly of the muddy yard mess he left in my yard and the water flooding my basem
