I had a great experience working with Blue Moose Plumbing. They replaced the garbage disposal quickly and professionally, and also updated two faucets in the master bathroom with excellent attention to detail. Everything was installed cleanly and works perfectly. What really stood out is their willingness to help troubleshoot a more complicated issue we’re having with hot water taking over 2 minutes to reach the showers. Even though the water heater itself is working fine, they have been thoughtful, patient, and collaborative in helping to figure out the root cause instead of offering quick guesses or unnecessary replacements. They communicate clearly, show up prepared and on time, and take pride doing things the right way.
