Prana Plumbing was hired to replace external water taps for the house that were old brass fittings, through concrete masonry. While completing the work, they appropriately escalated problem areas and discussed options with me to assist me to come to good improvement decisions. We expanded the scope of the project to include replacements and additional shut of values. This has significantly updated and improved the water pipes in my basement. This was a project that was long over due and with cold new england winters, I was not willing to take another winter chance. Prana plumbing work is professional grade and they take pride in doing the job well. Very detailed. clear communication and timely completion and attention to the work. I would hire them for all plumbing work.
