I hired Local Service Pro Plumbing to replace two water pressure regulator valves. After putting in the Home Advisor project request I was contacted by them in less than an hour and set up an appointment for the afternoon. The quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job in less than an hour once they got the valves. They provided prompt professional service and I will call them again for similar plumbing jobs.

The install was done well. However, we felt the technician was giving us information that was less than forthcoming on promising certain fixes with the replacement of our existing water heater. We also had to insist with the office on certain warranties that needed to be on the invoice promised before the job. Invoice was delayed several days after the job. Did not feel comfortable Paying $1,600 on a credit card without having an invoice presented prior to payment. Lastly, the job, we felt, was a expensive (thats on us for not checking around first).

Installed 3 toilets and identified other problems one of which they were hired to repair. The service was prompt and Jonathan was knowledgeable and friendly and explained things clearly so I (who was totally ignorant) could understand them.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Local Service Pro Plumbing responded quickly to our call for a "Rooter" job. The scope expanded as we found the secondary line collapsed under the house. The reduction of the pipe size was causing our problems. Proved the problem via cameras in the line. We got as much as we could Wed. before Thanksgiving. They returned on Friayd and replaced about 30 feet of cast iron line with ABS under our house and the flow was back. Ignacio (SP) and his crew were great. Conscientious and through, explained everything. Office staff was very efficient in producing contracts via Docusign. Will use again.

After having a problem with these guys they sent out a reputable clean efficient plumber to correct the problems. If possible ask for George. Good vibe and quickly fixed the unfinished plumbing with a smile. 5 stars

Service was good and satisfied with results. However the bill was too much ! We think it was over priced! The hole drilled in the wall has not been fixed yet! We thought it should be taken cared off with the money paid! He returned and promised to get his friend will call us when he return from his vacation, We told him he drilled a hole to do his job , so he was supposed to fix it! My neighborhood support group member posted she is looking for recommendation for her plumbing problem but , honestly, I can't recommend yet until our issue is resolved. I will put a hold in some of the things I hope to be fixed. Muchisimas gracias!
