Igor and his assistant did a great job repairing our water damaged window. They re-caulked all around the outside and replaced and painted the sill in under two hours. Extremely reasonable rates, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Igor and LWS Services!

This pair of true craftsmen worked magic on my old but serviceable 28-year-old wood windows. Two casement & two large fixed windows suffered substantial cosmetic rot in sash, sill &/or brick-mold. Windows were removed & completely rebuilt. The skill displayed in fashioning the intricate re-framing of the windows from 4â x4â stock using a table saw amazed me. They did additional exterior work, replacing rotted wood trim around the garage & chimney areas. All work was caulked, & repainted. Half dozen other contractors shied away from any cosmetic repair, each suggesting full window replacement. Work was done very reasonably compared to replacement cost, they look brand new. I thank God they came to DeKalb for us & saved our beautiful windows. Prayers answered, they have our highest recommendation.

Had 3 installers bid on replacement of 5 windows. LWS was the lowest and offered the best warranty (20 years). They also directed me to Cardinal corp, the company where they purchased the windows. I was impressed with the quality of the glass and even upgraded 2 large fixed windows they were replacing. The other two bids were from well known companies and did not have the warranty (5 years and 10 years). The other 2 bids were $450 and $1000 more than LWS. It's not always wise to go with the lowest bidder but had a great experience with them. They were respectful and neat and did a great job.
