Had caulking done to my windows and they didn't follow the caulking manufacturers 3/8 bead guidelines. They laid down much less and it has shrunk. I called them to come back to fix the locations that were affected and they refused. Shotty work stay away.

From beginning to end Apex Window Werks did an outstanding job of staying connected, listening to our concerns and requests, producing a replacement exactly the same as the old window, and installing it on time. This was not an easy job. The house had settled and it meant making on-the-job adjustments for a tight fit with a window that weighed over a hundred pounds. As pleased as we were by the quality of the installation, we were impressed by how clean the work site was left. Of all the home repair companies we have used this company was far and above the best.

Ryan did a great job providing his thoughts on some windows we were having trouble with in our home. He even helped fix a few before leaving to make it easier to open and close. He was also honest about determining if it can be fixed or needs to be replaced, and scheduled a follow up appointment after he could do some research on our unique situation. Really appreciate the fantastic customer service!

This gentleman did not charge me for his opinion on what I should do about my door problem. He directed me in the right direction to call Home Depot where I bought the door and see if I m under warranty etc. I appreciated this very much.
