I was overwhelmed by the kindness and understanding when I phoned LOCKBUSTERS! I was in tears because I lost a rental car key. The man I spoke to was Johnny. He said he would call me first thing in the morning and truthfully I wasn't sure I would get a call so early..but Johnny called as promised and said he was on his way. Mind you it was about a 1 1/2 hour drive. I couldn't believe they would come this far. He got here and got the fob key made pretty quick. Then he showed me that everything worked. I was so amazed that it was an exact duplicate of the original key. He did a fantastic job. He gave me a great price considering the drive time which I was not charged extra for. I honestly can't say enough about the integrity of this company. They are honest, on time and extremely kind. In the future if I need any keys made for the house or car or whatever, I will only call this company. I promise you..you won't be disappointed using them. I lost the only key to my car (not a computer-chipped key) and contacted three locksmiths, They all quoted $95 to come out and make a new key. I chose this company for a few reasons - prior great reviews, pleasant telephone experience, and amenable to discounting additional copies of the key. The technician arrived within the hour and solved the problem promptly.

He was great! Came quickly on the 4th of July and finished before I knew it and was very economical for an emergency service. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Reasonable rates, professional

They tried to charge me more than the max they quoted and eventually gave in upon protest. Otherwise, the work was good, the repairman was nice and they were on time.

They got to my facility very fast and were very diligent in their work. Definitely worth recommending

Larry was professional, informative and polite on the phone. He sent his worker Douglas to do the work and the project was completed within hours of my initial call. I am pleased I stumbled across their website as I did an online search for a locksmith. I would definitely use them again.

I had hired another locksmith who was out on 9/11/09 to rekey ad repair a front door lock. That evening it didn't work, he told us to fix it ourselves when we called him and Monday morning he was still complaining about the walk from the parking lot and his supervisor yelled at me on the phone. I put in a request on service Magic and within minutes Larry from Lock Busters called. He listened to me ( a mere female) and sent out his techncian Douglas. Douglas arrived early, did a wonderful job and was very professional and courteous. If I could give them more stars I would. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.
