The end product of our window gate installation was exactly what we discussed and wanted.. We worked closely with Lee, the owner of Lock City, and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. The installer, Marcelo, was also very knowledgable and helped answer all of our questions. Their patience and knowledge was really appreciated and helpful to us!

The installers were professional and did a good job. The sales person, Chaz, needs to learn how not to loose customers! Very poor communication, never answer the phone nor reply to messages... a 2-3 weeks project took over two months. The sales guy took the order for the doors, they delivered the wrong door handles ...had to wait another few weeks for them to come back with the correct ones since they were waiting on the second door. Not a well organized operation.. a little bit stressful for the amount of money that they charged. The owner was informative and apologized for the lack of customer service skills of his employee. (Very bad for the business when the boss agreed to his employees' mistakes.) Overall the work is done and the two new doors are installed.

Good thorough work

If you have "old school" larger than normal contemporary doors, the job will cost more than the average since these larger and/or wider doors have to be custom made

Great price, came back the next day when I noticed something not to my satisfaction.

They were so polite and very neat, we had an emergency and we trusted to leave them in the house, when we returned the job was finished and beautiful, they were very neat and quiet. They were very accommodating to our economy, and they were willing to work with us and give us exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond with how nice it was. The molding and outside was beautiful. In all the years that we have been here, usually when the work was done there are extra fees, but with them it is not so, the price they quoted was what we paid.

They continued to discuss with my contractor and I exactly what they would do before it was done , to address any concerns, even after, they tol me how to care for it. They were responsive to my calls and questions, cam out, gave me exactly what I wanted.
