Unbelievable service! He called me about my project and came by (he was in the neighborhood). I thought we were going to have to make an appointment, but he was able to change all our locks. He went and purchased our hardware and was done within 15 minutes! Very professional and neat. I will recommend Joe to all my friends! We love our new locks!
