I had 9 windows and doors in total that needed to be replaced and installed. The company was able to setup the install once the HOA approved the contract and it was fairly quick at that point. The workers came prompt and installed the windows while being careful covering up all furniture. The work was done precise and clean. I was very satisfied with how the french doors were installed and all windows were properly fitted. I am pleased with LOCKTIGHT on how efficient they were but my only con would be the language barrier between the workers because only a few spoke clear enough english to answer questions I had. Overall, the actually work being done was exceptional and all furniture was placed in its original spot if they had to be moved during the install. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Throughout my whole experience which was about a year by the time approvals,redtape, and HOA board signed on the one and only employee of the company that deserves a 5 star review is the service manager Donavan Marcotte. He provided outstanding customer service, prompt responses, explanations and took the time to listen to my concerns. As for the sales manager, and the project manager if there were 0 stars to give that is what I would have rated the experience I had with them. They were quick talking and you could feel the smoke in their responses and eagerness to move on to the next customer. As for the workers, none of them spoke English so you couldn?t really get answers. They did not communicate as to when they were leaving for lunch or for the day. Or that material was missing and that is why they were just sitting on the grass. Their supervisors did not check in on the job either. Very frustrating to have people working at your house and you can not even communicate with them.

Got an amazing deal from them considering we would be the first customers of Locktight in that neighborhood. So the price was significantly lower than any other competitors.

Having our impact windows and doors installed was the best decision we have made as new homeowners. I’m also pregnant with our first child and my husband and I wanted that added peace of mind that our home was extra secured. The workers that came into home were very respectful toward our property. They wrapped plastic around the home to ensure our furniture didn’t get dusty. Once they were finished, they carefully removed all plastic and home was back to normal but with new windows and doors. We are very happy with the work and results and highly recommend their services.
