Very bad job for a professional company; 2/12/26-sign contract for two French doors /side panels(4) $10,500, paid $5000 deposit. 4/13/26 installation of two French doors /side panels(4),paid $4500 second payment. payment paid before inspection schedule. 5/15/26 pasted Miami-Dade inspection and install window brackets. Scratch on door glass was reported four times; first time 4/24/26,again to Franz project mgr. 5/15/26 and 5/26/26. On May28th,this is their reply to fixing the scratched glass door: Please be advised that Locktight Impact Window and Roofing will not be held responsible for any damages that may occur during or after the glass buffing process. While we will make every effort to complete the work carefully and professionally, existing glass conditions or imperfections may cause unforeseen damage. By proceeding with the services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. of course, we said no. If I buy a new car I expect to arrive clean and not scratched

From the initial sales consultation through delivery and final installation, everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised. Installation day went exactly as promised. Recently I found myself in foreign territory?; going back on my word. I?m usually very decisive when it comes to my finances, especially purchases. So when a Locktight Impact Windows representative reached me by phone asking to sit through a sales consultation, I flat out told him he would be wasting both our time. Well, he insisted and I eventually said yes just to end the phone call. Long story short, I realistically crunched the numbers during the visit and had to agree with the young guy. The savings really would offset the (STILL too expensive to me?) price tag and furthermore, my house really did NEED the upgrade. The process was smooth and hassle-free, the workmanship is top-notch and the benefits to my home are all positive. Thank you Locktight??

So far my experience with Locktight Impact Windows has been 5 stars. Everything has been great right from the start. Communication with them has been great. They showed up as promised and the installation of my windows and doors went great. The quality of the doors and windows is exceptional. I'm still waiting on the second crew to come in and complete the finish work on the inside. I am confident that there will be no issues and that they will show up as promised.
