I had windows and doors replace Services was really good. Only issue is there was a language barrier problem. The installers speak Limited English so that was a problem for me. Other than that they were timely at their job and did a great job installing

Before hiring this company, please read about my experience. LockTight damaged my stair during my impact window installation. The crew cracked my top stair while carrying heavy windows up and down my staircase. I reported it immediately on the day of the final inspection with photos taken to document it. My flooring was only two years old and in perfect condition before they arrived. My claim was denied based solely on a photo review ? not one person called me or came to my home to inspect the damage in person. They responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint promising to call me to work toward a resolution. That call never came. Not even a voicemail. This is the same pattern I experienced throughout the entire process ? promises made with absolutely no follow through. If you are financing through the PACE program do not release full payment until the work is completed to your full satisfaction. They will try to make you sign the contract to release the payment.

So far, my experience with Locktight Windows has been positive. I haven’t had my final inspection yet, but throughout the process, communication has been good. The installation crew was professional, respectful of both my home and my children, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves before they left. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend them. My windows look amazing!

I cannot recommend Locktight Impact Windows and Doors based on my experience. My project cost approximately $20,000 for impact windows and doors. After installation, I paid $18,000 of the contract price. It was at that point that I discovered extensive damage to the wood floors in two bedrooms. The damage occurred because the installers dragged windows across the floors while using inadequate floor protection. The Project Manager acknowledged that the damage was caused during installation. Their conclusion was based on the company's own "before" photographs and my "after" photographs. Although Locktight advertises that it uses its own installers, the work was performed by a contracted installation crew. I obtained three repair estimates for the damaged floors. The lowest estimate was $1,100. I requested that this amount simply be credited against my remaining $2,000 contract balance. Despite acknowledging that the damage occurred during installation, Locktight refused to cover the
