Steve was very professional and polite. He went over and above in helping re-key several locks and saved us money in utilizing the existing door knobs. I would highly recommend him!

I chose this person because of his high rating. He came the same day I called. Set up a workstation at my dining room table. He worked for over an hour. Finally said he could not make new keys for me. Something about my old keys are too thin? So he would have to FILE down my old keys. He told me it would be fine. I had two condo keys that he filed down one did not work so he told me to make copies of the good one at a hardware store. He wanted to be paid in cash. I said I'd prefer paying with a credit card. He could not find his credit card machine so he would come back the next day for his payment. I felt very sick to my stomach about the whole experience. Called another Locksmith who said they never file down old keys. Always make new keys. They came and redid the job in 15 minutes. I noticed my building extra key was missing. after Steve departed. Called Steve he said he looked and did not see it. Now management is deciding if they need to rekey the whole building!

Steve did an awesome job. Very professional and knowledgeable. He responded back to me immediately and was very flexible in the scheduling.
