Locked In N Out

I wanted to get the locks re-keyed after moving in; he responded first and did the job quickly--and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company. He was also very mindful about Coronavirus issues.

During COVID-19. Came with gloves and a mask. Stayed in foyer worked quickly. Took 15 minutes to change out deadbolt and knob on exterior front door.

8/2018 Update: 3 months after this repair the handle is loose and I can no longer secure the deadbolt, which is the only way to lock the door. I contacted Artur, but he wanted to charge me again to fix it. I'd rather contact another contractor who will guarantee their work for more than 3 months.

The locksmith was excellent - very personable and even took the time to show me how he re-keys the locks (as I was clearly interested). He replaced and Re-keyed a number of locks. We did end up getting a “lemon” lock which broke shortly after due to faulty craftsmanship from the manufacture, but he came back out free of charge and swapped it back out for a new one with no questions asked. I highly recommend this company!

Except for being late from agreed upon time for start of service, the work was great, fast and value for money.

Artur was an absolute delight. Knows his stuff. Was able to provide good advice as to what work he should perform - I had a number of questions which he answered knowledgably. Laid out pricing in advance of doing the job. The pricing seemed quite reasonable. Was efficient and pleasant throughout. My wife and I liked him so much we asked him to stop by for coffee next time he is near us. Fully recommend!

Artur was happy to explain the pros and cons of my choices and did not just push expensive products. In fact, he gave advice for cutting costs. He was pleasant, polite, energetic and quick. He also paid great attention to details, such as when the only screws that would fit into the overly loose holes in my door (my original screws) were a different color from the new strike plate. I didn't mind, but was happy he pointed it out to me and asked if it would be OK. He did forget a few things: I had to wait for him for an hour because he forgot about the appointment. He also said he would call me from Home Depot afterwards with information and pricing on some screen door handle replacements, but it must have slipped his mind. But with the information he already gave me, I am prepared to do those switch-outs myself.

Artur answered request immediately (Sunday) and was in the area and came by within an hour! He replaced a lock on a garage door and very kindly and patiently made sure my elderly Mother practiced so she knew how to open it after he left. Excellent service and I would never use anyone else for locksmith services.

Artur was great to work with. Very friendly and helpful. We had to get him back to fix up the positioning of one of the locks, which he was happy to do at no cost.
