Paul built new doors and repaired the roof on a wooden shed. He also installed a few driveway lights. Communication was good, so work was done as I wanted with his advice. Cleanup was excellent. Paul's prices are very fair, which is hard to find these days. I will continue to hire him for anything he says he can do.

The pro did a good job on the porch however he took my long pieces of wood that I paid for. His price was good but he didn't clean up his mess. I would recommend him if you want to clean up his mess. Price was very fair.
Response from Lockett Handyman Services
"Just to be fair I did offer to haul away the old materials. I would have if I knew it would give me a lower rating. So in the future I will always haul away any materials from demo."

Paul is a perfectionist. Every cut is square and straight and every connection seamless. Paint is applied where needed and not spattered elsewhere. He works very hard and very smart so no time or effort is wasted. The outcome is a well executed project at a very reasonable cost. I give Paul a rating of Excellent+ and we will be calling on him in the future.

Paul was very responsive. His team (Bob and Jim) were excellent as well. They worked well into weekend and evening. Plan to hire again. It was an overall pleasurable experience and he worked with my schedule.

Paul did a great work repairing poor drywall work from my homes previous owner. He works quickly and the finished product is beautiful. I also found him very affordable. I have hired him to do some additional work around my home.
