I highly recommend Mr. Lockhart and would gladly give him a five-star rating. We first hired him to replace the soffit on our home, and when an unexpected gutter issue arose before several days of forecasted rain, he quickly helped arrange for new gutters to be installed. His willingness to take ownership of the situation and find a timely solution made a stressful issue much easier to manage. We were so pleased with his work that we later hired him for several additional projects, including doors, railings, siding repairs, drywall, cabinet repairs, baseboards, and trim work. Throughout each project, Mr. Lockhart was professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Some of our neighbors were also impressed with his work and asked about quotes for their own remodeling projects. What began as a professional relationship has grown into a valued friendship. We would not hesitate to hire Mr. Lockhart again or recommend him to others.

Shannon provided excellent customer service and was very punctual.He did an outstanding job on the crown molding for the living room and hallways in our home. His pricing was reasonable and we are very satisfied with the quality of work he provided.

The owner of this business offered a fair price and took extra care to make sure the home improvement job was done properly. When he realized that the casing around our door frames was no longer available, he took the time to visit several related stores and found a close substitute. Of course, that meant he needed to replace the entire door frames so all sides would match. We appreciate that extra effort. He is a talented carpenter with good customer service skills. Occasionally, he had scheduling conflicts, but kept us informed.

Very satisfied- fair priced and came same day. Even went and got parts to ensure the door went in. Looks great and works great. Was a lot harder of a job than everyone thought and took quite a bit longer, he didn’t complain or have negativity once. Great service

I called him for an estimate for siding on my house. He punctual to the meeting and the price was reasonable. He’s very professional about his work and does an amazing job. I will definitely be calling him back to do more work.
