Mr. Locklear contacted me within five minutes of applying on the site ,came out that day to give me an estimate and completed the job the next week! The job ended up costing slightly more than the quoted estimate, but that doesn't mean I still didn't get a heck of a deal. I live in an older home that still had the original 100 amp panel inside and out. We had a panel upgrade (200 amps), relocation, and new outside panel to bring it up to code. James and Jonathan (Mr. Locklear's subs) worked their rears off in 90+ temps to make sure we had power back on before they left. They cleaned up the entire area including sweeping the floors inside. They were respectful and the work is even pretty to look at. My only problem was that they were late arriving both days and I had to contact them not the other way around. I would recommend them 100 times over.

I hired him to come on Wednesday June 8, 2016. He told me to call him to remind of the service call. I called and he told me he could not come. He said he could do it Saturday. I called him several times on Saturday and he would not answer the call. I finally had to hire someone else to do the job. I texted him telling him that I would be sure to give him a proper review. He responded quickly with a message saying his mom was sick. Poor customer service. Poor business practice. I simple phone call or answering the calls would have gone a long way in my review.
