I called Tom on Thursday afternoon because I was closing on a house Friday morning and needed to get the locks changed .Not only did he come out Friday afternoon ,,he added deadbolts took both the doors in addition to changing the existing locks .Tom was very fast .very courteous ,cleaned up after himself and did a fantastic job..He called to let me know he was on his way and showed up when he said he would and his rates were great I will use him again in a heartbeat...I highly recommend TOM ,,,you will not be disappointed...

I went to HomeAdvisor to find a locksmith to key our new home. I requested quotes from a number of locksmiths, but Tom at LocksFix called first. I wanted to stay really local, so when I learned he was 30minutes away, I thought he wasn t the locksmith I was looking for. I was so wrong Tom was very nice and professional on the phone, so after I spoke with other locksmiths, even a couple of locals , I decided to hire LocksFix. It was Tom s excellent Customer Service that made me hire him. I was surprised when Tom actually came to my new home. Tom said he was sending one of his locksmiths, but his tech was delayed and he wanted to keep the Appt time. (Nice!) I am very happy I worked with Tom at LocksFix. Quality of work was 5 Star. Tom is not just a nice guy, but also is great locksmith. (Maybe it s normal, but he even gave me a one year warranty on his work!) I am very happy I used LocksFix.

Of most importance, Tom tried to give me the very best pricing for installing a new set of locks for my front door.He explored several options and came up with a perfect solution; showing me that his main interest was not to make the most money he could but to satisfy the customer. Came the same day even though not necessary. David could not have been nicer. Can't comment on pricing--someone called while I was still on Home Advisor and did not comparison shop. Initial charge for coming was the same as another locksmith I had several years ago.

Easy to schedule. Prompt. Cleaned up after work. Went the extra mile to get special tool to rekey storm door. Excellent work rekeying four locjs and installing two deadbolts.

They came to my house on the scheduled time. The man who installed the locks on my front door was very courteous. The installation did not take long and it was a fair price. I was very happy I hired them.
