James was extremely prompt in responding to my request. He showed up at the agreed time, worked quickly, did great work (and made a few extra changes that were extremely helpful), and was friendly and professional.

Very speedy arrival! Showed up to unlock my locked vehicle within 20 minutes! Took them only a couple of minutes to unlock my vehicle (where I had locked the keys inside). Very professional and friendly. Great price.

James was wonderful. He installed locks and dead bolts, keyed alike, for me. He was so very thoughtful of my budget. He even gave me a chance to try to re-key the locks myself. Disaster-but invited me to watch as he re-keyed the locks. Truly professional, kind and gracious. One lock had a small problem. I called the next day and within 15 minutes he was at the house and minutes later the problem resolved. This is the heart this young man has...the battery on my truck was dead and he jumped it for me. How many people would do that? Very responsive and was out within 2 hours of me submitting Home Advisor request.

I had a great experience. Locksmart was prompt with their initial response, and was able to make it out the next day (not an emergency - had a new deadbolt w/keypad installed). He arrived within the timeframe provided and texted when he was on his way. The work was performed efficiently and he cleaned up when he was done. Will use again if the need arises.

The locksmith fixed several issues with the lock and the door itself! He fixed the lock and it’s placement. Now, the door closes easily and the lock works as it was meant to work!

I had an issue that was more expensive than simply "re- keying". He had to think and be creative on how to help me. He was though, incredibly thorough, professional and got the job done.
