Complete rip off! I called for a replacement key for my Honda Civic. He went on and on about how they are so cheap LOL well... he was right... cheap parts, cheap on customer service, cheap on doing good business. Imagine my surprise when I woke up in the morning and the key fob was not recognized. I ended up spending $50 on Uber fees to get to work. Guy shows up at my house in his personal minivan (not a locksmith) and had the nerve to send me a pic of his watch in front of my car bc I was not home from work yet. UHHH unprofessional and rude at best. I was promised to be refunded my Uber fees - that never happened. Then I examine the key fob - there was not a hard key with the fob, I called back requesting what I paid for - a key replacement or my money back. He had the nerve to tell me for another $150 he would do it but other than that I got what I paid for. Did I mention rude? I have pics of the product and text messages - I would love to share them to save anyone else. Oh and they request Venmo or Zelle so you cannot dispute the charge on your credit card. Do yourself a favor DONT DO BUSINESS with this sham of a operation.
