The owner of the company, Castle, is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He works well and explains all aspects. This time he came to help me with the operation of a locking key-pad on the outside door going into the garage. Originally he installed the pad which helped if we ever were "locked out" of the house. When I changed the battery, something happened to the operation. I fully expected to pay him for the time if no parts were needed in the repair. He came to my home, fixed the problem and did not charge anything for his time or service. That was a compassionate and understanding decision for him. I fully respect him in that service.
