I was quoted $350 for an eviction job that required changing most of the locks in the property and installing new hardware that I had pre-purchased. Positive: The company and locksmith confirmed the appointment twice. The locksmith showed up on time and was polite to work with. Negative: The price charged at the end was double the amount quoted. When confronted, the locksmith said I was given an incorrect price, but the time to discuss this is at the beginning when instructions are being given, not at the end when pressure is high to finish and leave. The locksmith left the old locks and parts scattered on the floor and did not clean up after themself or organize the pieces in any way. One lock was installed backwards in a way that the door could not close or lock. Several of the locks were loose after installation, requiring me to go back in and re-install for security. The locksmith left two locks incomplete, requiring me to attempt to change the lock myself. While I am glad the work was done and that I didn't have to do (it all), I was extremely disappointed by the change in price without transparency, the quality of work, and the cleanliness.

I was very pleased, grateful and they are very well rounded. I'm very proud to see young men in this generation to do such great work.
