The gentleman was prompt, and came the next morning after contacting me. He went out of his way to go get parts from our local hardware store when he found the problem. I am very happy with the service - was not expecting the amount of the bill, but it wasn't out of line with his service.

Everything was installed prompt and efficient. Only slight issue was the motion detector light does not have much range. Nothing to do with they're work, just the quality of the brand. Overall great.
