Good job at a fair price.

Real lack of communication. Does not respond to emails or telephone calls in a timely manor. No paperwork for services rendered. His work help are friendly and helpful but they cannot do extra work without authorization.

Lode was very knowlegible and helpful. He talked us out of the more expensive galvanized gutters and into normal seamless gutters. A few weeks after completing the new gutters I called because I was having trouble locating an adapter so I could bury and hookup corrugated plastic drainage tile to the downspouts. Lode stopped at Lowes and picked me up the adapters delivered them to me about 9:30pm that same night on his way home. We live in the Omaha/Mt. Pleasant area and Lode is in Texarkana. He went above and beyond with his service!!! I highly recommend Lode. The install of our gutters took only a few hours. Great service!!
