This is my second major renovation in the past 7 years using BEEMnyc Home Design and Renovation. BEEMnyc took my large two-bedroom apartment and turned it into a fabulous home. I contacted the BEEM team after they completed a very stunning project at my best friend's NYC Park Avenue residence. BEEMnyc, via Motti and Elyse, entirely re-designed my space, maximizing it for aesthetic and spatial efficiency. Their vision included removing kitchen and living room walls, which exposed the entire wall of sunny windows, some of which were hidden before. My closets were re-designed capturing more space for organization and containment of items. The BEEMnyc team onsite was thoroughly professional and cleaned the space each day, organizing their tools and materials for the next day. As a lawyer, the organization of the space combined with the aesthetics was my cup of tea. Motti and Elyse presented a reasonable budget and actually brought the project in under-budget. Of utmost benefit to us, the company relieved the typical stress that renovation brings to a household. The company took care of all aspects of the project, including the building management approval and insurance requirements, Department of Buildings permits, and ensuring clear communications with their architect and others connected to the project. In addition, small items that improved the project were added at no-charge to me. It is a wonderful, reliable and honest company, and I plan to use them again. I highly recommending BEEMnyc!

So after a crazy year buying an apartment, renovating it, moving in, only to get married 6 months later, renovating my husband's apartment and moving in with him, I am finally getting around to this long overdue review for Motti Berco and BEEM NYC. We have worked with Motti to renovate 2 apartments we own in the city- each completely different from each other, with a completely different layout, purpose and vibe. My Gramercy Park apartment was a studio in a large co-op. My vision for this space was to convert it to an airy, bright junior one bedroom for a single person with lots of closet space. My husband's apartment is a Brownstone duplex on the Upper West side with multiple bedrooms, outdoor space and was probably never renovated since its original construction. We wanted to modernize this apartment to make it chic and stylish while retaining its character with its exposed brick and wood burning fireplace intact. Motti was the designer and master contractor who conceptualized and executed on stunning remodels on both apartments. He is extremely passionate about his work which was reflected in the quality work that he and his team deliver. With the space constraints in our downtown apartment, Motti gave us some very useful remodeling tips that helped us maximize the space usage and at the same time look spacious. He guided us though the co-op approval, and converting the studio into a junior one bedroom with tons of closet space. He extended the bathroom and created a linen closet (which is an absolute boon). He helped pick out top quality materials for our kitchen and bathroom all coming in at budget! Motti is a perfectionist who takes a lot of pride in his work and the "look" of his finished product. To this end, he even threw in several upgrades at no extra cost so it fit into his vision. I must also say that they completed the job on time that helped me move in without any delays. The uptown apartment was a completely different project where we opened up the original galley kitchen, created custom closets all over the kitchen, living and bedroom areas, gut renovated the bathroom and replaced updated to a stone fireplace area while retaining the original brick wall next to it. While this project went a little over the expected time to completion, the finished product was a stunning work of art. The apartment is an industrial themed space that perfectly blends the classic brownstone with a modern minimalist touch. We are very satisfied and happy with the overall experience with Motti and his team and highly recommend them for any renovations.

We can, with out hesitation, recommend Motti and his company Beem NYC. since buying our loft DUMBO 10 years ago, Motti and his excellent crew had done multiple projects including repairs, renovation, and redesign through out our apartment; all with super or results. His creative ideas use of high end materials, talented craftsmen, and contemporary design sensibility far out shown previous contractors we had employed. he has routinely been on time with regular online updates when we were out of town, on budget and his polite talented crew have been outstanding both in work ethic and cleanliness. My husband and I moved into our newly renovated apartment in NYC about a month back. One of the best decisions I made was to hire Motti and Elyse for the complete apt renovation. Motti is extremely passionate about his work and that shows in quality work that he and his team delivers. With the space constraints in NYC, Motti gave us some very useful remodeling tips that helped us maximize the space usage and at the same time looks spacious, especially with the kitchen. He gave us the brilliant idea of soffits that gives a very soothing and relaxing look in both our living rooms and bedrooms. Part of our renovation also included custom closets and floor installation. Motti helped us design the closets and got them made absolutely top class! He loves his team and his team works very hard to give their best. For his customer satisfaction is top priority. I can say that also because even after delivering the job he helped us in repairing some of the additional items at no extra cost! And I must also say that they completed the job on time that helped us move in without any delays. His colleague Elyse is the super-efficient and proactive in getting the administrative items together. It was a completely smooth and effective experience with her with all the paperwork requirements. She handles her job with utmost care and is very respectful believes in making the customer������s experience very pleasant. Am very satisfied and happy with the overall experience with them and highly recommend them for any renovations.

A 5++ rating for BEEMnyc! Motti, with his superior design skills, transformed my Manhattan 60's apartment into an Architectural Digest wonder. And on a budget! Those who knew the "before" ask, "How did you get extra space?" By making a small opening in my kitchen wall, both the living room and the kitchen appear twice as big! And both are twice as useful now. Also, the BEEMnyc entree to designer-only showrooms, allowed me to chose the most stunning finishes for floors, cabinets, lighting, counter, tiles, and plumbing fixtures. Most important, they all work perfectly together! With BEEMnyc, you don't have to worry about a thing. It is a one-stop shop! Elyse, is both a talented design team leader, and also the Project Manager. Combining her expertise in these areas, Elyse insures the seamless delivery of materials and assignment of the workmen on schedule. The workmen were highly skilled and very professional to deal with. I could see that safety and cleanliness were paramount. Everyday, I give thanks to the peace and joy I feel in my "new" space.

By hiring BeemNYC you get much more than just a contractor: Motti is a visionary with great design skills and an excellent sense of style. He is very knowledgeable about non-standard materials and where to source them cost-effectively. Together with his crew who were efficient, neat and professional, he helped us turn our pre-war one bedroom into a real jewel box. We are extremely happy to have found Motti thanks to Home Advisor and can't wait to do another project with him!

BEEM NYC did superior work on two bathroom renovations for us. From the very beginning Motti and the crew was courteous, efficient, clean and professional at all times. The work was performed with great expertise and all the materials were of highest quality. Our project was executed according to the quote given beforehand, and the results are to our great satisfaction. BEEMnyc deserves 5+ stars for transforming my kitchen and bath into a show-stopper. Motti brought incredible design skills and expertise to my project and his positive energy made him a joy to work with. I was taken to designer-only showrooms while my budget was kept in mind. The BEEMnyc team did meticulous work and was professional in demeanor. From the initial demolition through the entire project, safety and cleanliness were a paramount concern. At the conclusion, a cleaning crew washed the windows, vacuumed, and put things back in order. I recommend BEEMnyc as I love the way the renovation turned out.

I used Beem NYC for both wood floor refinishing and painting of my new apartment. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Motti and his team were meticulous and the results are beautiful. Equally important, the work was all done in exactly the time frame promise and the team left everything spotless. I also appreciated that Motti brings a good design eye to the process and was able to advise on certain decisions around color, finish etc based on his understanding of how th end result would look in this particular setting. I would definitely recommend Beem NYC and use them again for future project
