Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
If you want a Mini Split System go elsewhere, they have no clue how to service these units. I have txt from techs saying this and admitting putting compressor in wrong which burnt it up and it still don't work and they won't make it right. 15 months and 2300 and still have the same problem.

A service person arrived and ask what was the problem. I told him the outside unit would not run. He took the cover off and immediately said you need a new capacitor. He went to the truck and got one and installed it. The job took about 10 minutes. Checked the inside unit took another 10 minutes. told me the bill would be 289.00. The capacitor was covered under the warranty. Charged 180.00 to install the capacitor. what did the 109.00 service charge cover? Would not recommend this company at all. This unit is 6 yrs old and has been nothing but trouble.

Logans installed a Heat Pump/New AC 3 years ago.... loved an American-made company with a great warranty. Unfortunately, a coil on the AC broke after 3 years, what the Sales Department does not tell you is the warranty only covers parts... no labor or Freon. My issue is that the part broke causing the freon to diminish.. not that the system is at the end of life and the freon is low. Very disappointed too when they charge over 800$ for the labor for a part that will take only (at most) 3 hours to be installed. Please be aware the warranty is not worth the crazy price we paid of 15 grand for a brand new system... please stand behind your product.
