"Hi Jeannie, we reached out to you. We advised that for larger snow falls we have to come out more than once and there?s a fee per response. This was prior to the storm. We apologize for not being able to come out - my wife went into labor early and out operations for the day were halted. We do not Tupi ally have issues like this as I?m sure you can imagine - it was a once in a lifetime occurrence that she went into labor during a massive storm. We tried to reach out to make up for it but you didn?t get back to us. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you initially - we are glad you were able to find someone to continue servicing your dr"
"Hi Margaret, We apologize for the inconvenience. The quote for the tree that my initial estimator provided was inaccurate. He is no longer with us and I do apologize for any inconvenience. While the quote changed it was before any work was completed and we asked you if you?d like to proceed or go elsewhere. The leaves we did our best to cleanup however the grass was over 6+. Inches and made it nearly impossible to pick up all the small sticks and leaves. We apologize for any inconvenience"
"Hi Bill, we apologize if you are not happy. We have been in continuous contact with you and we appreciate the payment upfront with a tip after the first day. As we have been in contact and we are still scheduled to pick up the rest of the wood. As you were aware this was a larger project than initially quoted, as we had to set up our bucket trucks in a surrounding commercial lot. We are happy to continue returning for the wood. Unfortunately due to the very large size of the logs (40 in.) we are doing our best to dispose of the wood timely. We would like to still honor our commitment and complete your job as we have just spoken the other day."
"Thank you for the awesome comment Sue! I saw the small downgrade for the quality of work - like I mentioned if we missed any spots give us a call and we?d be happy to come out for a free touch up! :)"
