We had drywall repair/replacement, as well as baseboards put in multiple rooms in our home. The drywall portion was done quickly and correctly, you can barely tell anything was done and looks brand new! The baseboards, however, were not the same quality. There are a few sections that don?t line up evenly around corners and multiple places nails were not fully into the board, leaving them jutting out. I would hire again for drywall work, so if you need them for that, they are a great option.

The team at Logic Drywall Service was easy to work with, communicated throughout the quoting, planning and completion of this job. The work was completed on time with minimal disruption and my dinning room looks great. I have other areas of my home that need similar work and I will be contacting Johan and his team for their help.

Service was efficient and affordable! They patched drywall and painted one room of our house after we had plumbing work done. We are happy with the quality of the work.

I am giving Logic Drywall Services 3 stars because while the final repair work looks good, the customer service and professionalism were lacking. On the positive side, they had great availability and the drywall finish seems solid. However, three issues made this frustrating: 1. Punctuality: The contractor was an hour late on the second day, which led to visible rushing to finish the job. 2. Cleanliness: The site was left dirty. When I pointed this out, the contractor was dismissive, telling me 'it comes off easy with a wet rag' rather than cleaning it up themselves, or even apologizing for leaving the job site dirty. 3. Billing: Despite a signed contract stating payment was due upon the due date listed on the invoice, they changed the invoice due date after the work was done and badgered me for immediate payment. Good workmanship doesn't excuse poor service and disjointed billing practices.

Johan and his crew were very professional. They cleaned up behind their work. Johan communicated well; excellent job. We are pleased. We did opted out from him doing the painting. Since it was a small area, my son decided to paint tge ceiling himself.
