This Guy's are great i called them at 8:00am and they had the hold job done by 5:00pm in my book these guy's are awesome and the really knowledgeable about their work and how they do it i would recommend to any one that need work done

Excellent service and work. I was stepped through the troubleshooting at every step and kept informed. The electrician was excellent.

"Logo Electrical came on site and gave me a verbal estimate of $194.50 for electrical troubleshooting work. His actual bill was $635.81 for ONE hour of work. He made no repairs, fixes and no parts were installed. He provided a few general speculations as to what the problem might be. No confirmations at all. If you think an electrician's consultation rates are worth $635.81/hour then go ahead and hire Logo Electrical Services. Our experience was very unpleasant with an aggressive and distrustful electrician. Be sure to get in writing total job estimates from this company and get 3 others to compare."

They arrived on time and were courteous and thorough, even fixed a breaker box problem that the builder caused.

A little expensive, but I suppose most electricians are.

The electrian was there 3.5 hrs to hook up one piece of equipment and install one receptacle. No material was needed. When he called it in to get the charges for the job, they said it was over $800. I was in shock! I called the office to ask why he charged me over $225 and hour. They said "we don't charge by the hour, we charge by the job" I will be filing a complaint with the BBB

The electrician showed up promptly and as-scheduled. Said he needed a new breaker from the office (an hour away), didn't have a credit card, so I went to Ace Hardware (10 minutes away) and bought it on my credit card. The existing 40-amp A/C breaker had been tripping, but I wasn't paying attention and he replaced it with a 30-amp breaker (says my wiring was undersized). As you might expect, the new breaker trips off even more often. If the electrician has made it clearer what he was going to do, I would have told him to leave the old breaker in place and paid for the estimate.

The electrician was very friendly and helpful and I fully intend to use them for additional projects in the future.

My technician was full of complaints and talked way too much.

Logo charged $175.00 to reset a GCI outlet. That means the electrician pushed a reset button and then checked the outlets. I realize that this was a master electrician, but this charge was ridiculous. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it to family and friends.

Same day service was excellent. Tech was great. I was a little disappoint in the price. We were charged a couple hundred of dollars for diagonise test, but we knew it was the transformer. I felt we should have been charged for the just to repair the transformer.

They did a great job. I had 2 outlets installed and I wasn't satisfied because one outlet was not flush against the wall and the other outlet did not line up with an outlet that was right next to it. So I submitted a review and I got a call from the owner of the company today. He said he would send someone out right away to fix the outlets because he did not like it when his customers were not satisfied with their work. Sure enough, an electrician came out to the house within an hour and fixed the outlets. I was very impressed that they didn't ignore my complaint because it was something so small. This is how a business should be run.

Very prompt - said I would need to replace my breaker box and left and estimate, but wasn't pushy or trying to scare me into going ahead and replacing it. Fast efficient service

I only gave 4 stars because it was expensive, but I don't know if it was any more expensive than any other electrician would have been. Otherwise, they were great -- on time, courteous, professional....

very pleased with their service for installing ceiling fans. scheduling was very accurate and they gave me a clear estimate of the cost of the installation. their service technician MP was very professional and knowledgeable. I will call them again.
