Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install

No attention to detail. Tile work from afar looks great, but the corners are sloopy. For the money I paid I wanted it to look 100%. But instead I am frustrated I spent my savings on tile work I could produce. Not impressed.

Wood Stairs and Railings - Repair

I have given a rating of 0.5 for quality of work, customer service and value for money, as the system would let me score less. I paid Mr William Logsdon $150 to repair a step and received nothing in return. He agreed to repair the step the following day he was paid. He failed to turn up. I phoned him and agreed another time for him to show up, He failed to turn up, two more agreed dates and times came and went and he still failed to turn up. He then stopped taking my calls, I left multiple voice mails requesting an update on the project and guess what? I received no replies.
