Bob & Sam were an absolutely joy to work with! The estimate was to be done two days but it was completed in just one. Everything was left spotless and our shower looks absolutely like new!!

Sam did the work at my home; she kept in contact scheduling my cleaning. Showed up on time and got straight to work. She was kind, thorough and the tile in my shower and bathroom floor looks so much better thanks to her. I was impressed that the sealer she used is a lifetime sealer. Recommend Sam and Bob Lohman Tile & Grout!!

This is a Father/Daughter team (Dad taught Samantha as she grew up!), with a very sweet/quiet young man. They were all very personable, but professional! They were punctual & I doubt that you could find anybody better to do this job!!! I would absolutely refer them, & I would have them back!

Sam(Samantha) was extremely likeable from the start and I knew without a doubt I had found my choice. She kept me advised every step of the way. The cost was fair and reasonable. My shower stall looks brand new so I asked if she would also do our upstairs bathroom tub area another visit. Professional, knowledgable and efficient! I wish I could give her a 10!

We were very pleased with our service from first contact until completion of the job. Samantha Lohman contacted me immediately after my work request was entered on the website. We arranged a date/time for her to come out and give estimate. She was prompt for the appt and gave us a reasonable estimate to clean bathroom tile and grout (possibly would need repaint). When she came back to do the work she was prompt, professional and did an awesome job! My husband raved about how good our tile and repainted grout looked. Most important she provided impeccable customer service. Thank you Samantha!
