Lola Concrete, LLC

I am revising my review as I called this company with a question regarding a border to the concrete which could potentially affect drainage. They were at my house within a few hours and answered my questions. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Even with adding a fire pit, best bang for the buck and they worked around our schedule. Thank you!!!

I gave them a 4.0 for customer service as I feel that their communication with me was minimal. I did not know when they would return after being here the first day to do the prep work. They did not return for two days at which point, I had to get a commitment from them as to when they would return. I am satisfied with their work. They were very friendly and courteous.

Three foot of chimney needed to be regrouted. Bid $3500 took 1 day to complete project figure this company works for over $400/hr way over priced and work is only good too bad they won't work for me again and I have thousands of dollars of work to be done. They were paid in full even though they ripped me off. Oh and they requested cash for payment

They gave me a fair price for a slab and walkway from side garage door to driveway. They showed up on time and did a exceptional job pouring and finishing the concrete. After job was finished they did a very good job of cleaning up the work area. They have my recommendation for anyone needing concrete installed.

The work was satisfactory, however there was no evidence they are insured or bonded. The "contract" was hand-written on generic office forms not imprinted with their own company information. Workers showed up unannounced, equipment was left behind, and the patio addition has a different look than the existing slab.

Great family owned and operated company. They worked quickly and very well organized. Loved the way they cleaned up and took great care in my satisfaction. Una is the owner and was eager to please. Would hire these guys for any concrete job I have.

Lola was always on time, completed the project on schedule with no surprises. When completed, they left the property clean and neat.

They were prompt. The quality of the work was excellent. We feel the price for the job was somewhat higher than it should have been. We would recommend them for masonry fence work such as we had done.

$900 just to pour concrete and finish I did the base and frame by myself.

They do beautiful brick work.

The crew completed the installation of a very larger paver patio quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with their work and will call upon them again.

They rebuilt a mailbox stand that was made out of brick in our subdivision and they had to match brick from 25 years ago in order to match the other ones in the subdivision. They were able to find the same type of brick and rebuild the stand, and it looks perfect with the subdivision. They did a great job with the concrete and the brick work.

The thing that I like best about Lola Concrete is that they work with you and listen to your concerns. They are very professional and have a world of knowledge that they are happy to share with the customer. The quality of the work was better than any I have experienced and they did not short cut any issues to compromise the job. I would be completely happy to have them for any future projects. They made me feel that I made the right decision in both hiring them and doing the project that I wanted. I find that I am smiling when I look at what they did for me. I couldn't be happier!

I am absolutely in love with my gorgeous new concrete patio! The price was unbeatable, and we literally got same day service! They worked very hard and do great work. Very friendly. I just told them what I wanted without drawings. They were also good about giving me suggestions to improve project in areas I had no experience. They told me how long it would take and kept to their schedule. Very pleased with them and their work. Felt their bid was fair and right in line with industry projections.
