Lollar Electrical did a job at a rental property I have. Everything seems good.

I hired Lollar to install and remove holiday lighting based on the Home Advisor recommendation. They provided an invoice that included lighting removal in the spring. They installed it in a timely fashion, but would not answer e-mails or phone calls on removal in the spring. When they happened to pick up my phone call, they lied and said they were making up the removal schedule and would be there within 2 weeks. That was a month ago. Luckily I was not holding my breath. I expected more out of vets. Will not use Home Advisor again. What's the point?

When no one else could figure out the problem with my fridge, Billy Lollar did. He found the hidden cracked part that was spraying water inside my fridge, tracked down a replacement, and fixed it all within a couple of hours. Keeping my 20-year-old Frigidaire humming along makes me happy.

Our technician (I never got his name) was extremely kind and quiet. Worked like crazy - 3+ hours and thought he had fixed it However, three hours later, our dryer is still not working. Spent $240 and have the same situation - dryer shoots heat for 15 mn, than just spins. Takes a LONG time to dry clothes w/out heat.

I provided hard copies from two online parts suppliers that were about 60% of his part cost. Liked that there was no “trip charge”, just an hourly rate. Friendly and on time.
