Lombardo was a subcontractor to Rx Renovation Experts. Jeff Scott, owner of Lombardo is also an owner of Rx. Months after the work on our bathroom was completed, we got a notice from Lombardo informing us that they would be putting a lien on our property because, the alleged, Rx had not paid them. Since Jeff Scott was the major cash investor in Rx, this appears to me that he is putting a lien on our property because he did not pay himself. I just learned that Lombardo put liens on 31 homes where their partner Rx did the renovations. Stay far away from these people.

They were prompt, they showed within the day I submitted the request, got a call within an hour, a quote half an hour later. They were wonderful. I was under a lot of pressure because of the project but they handled the project well.

The customer service, communication process, and promised deadlines were NOT MET AT ALL!! We were repeatedly promised everything they told us when we left our 50% deposit-only to be left hanging for 4 weeks. The only reason we ended up pleased was that they subcontracted out the job to a better one than them. If you need it done - go elsewhere. ZERO STARS.

The young man who did the work did an amazing job! He was very meticulous laying the new tile and was careful with my furniture and with the removal of the old tile and carpet.
