Letting someone into your home is a vulnerable thing, especially during an emergency. I’m very picky about contractors and who does work on my home! But…….Water was pouring out of the ceiling of our shower and we didn’t know what to do. Thankfully, our Realtor referred us to Lone Peak Restoration, and within 20 minutes, they were at our home and found and stopped the leak. That fast response likely saved us from far worse damage. From that moment on, they handled everything. They walked us through the insurance process, documented every detail, gave us clear schedules, and always showed up when they said they would. They were clean, professional, respectful, and responsive every step of the way. Even when it was uncomfortable living through the restoration process, we always felt informed and supported. I truly felt like my opinion mattered, and every concern was taken seriously. I didn’t have to lift a finger. The stress of the situation was heavy, but Lone Peak made it light. HOLY FAST! Basement flooded in the middle of the night at my condo in Provo.. I hit the main water supply line trying to mount my TV and water was spraying everywhere. I capped the line my self but there was already so much damage. These guys were literally out here in 30min and started extracting the water immediately. They set up dehumidifier’s to get the moisture out and to be safe, HEPA air filters because I’m allergic to mold. My State Farm agent is a close friend and luckily she immediately responded to my text at 12AM asking what to do. She sent me Lone Peaks number.. From then, Jason arrived at 12:45am and got to work! Shortly after his colleague Rafael showed up. They let me go to bed and stayed working till 5AM to get all the water out.. what a crazy concept. They have exceeded all of my expectations and anyone I have told about this chaotic night! Glad to see there are hard working loca companies still out there.
