Lone Ridge Builders LLC

I am writing to share my experience with Lone Ridge Builders regarding the construction of my custom home. This was their first attempt at a custom home. They should not try to do another. Throughout our project, the company consistently failed to uphold the core values outlined in its own Vision and Culture statement: - Integrity without Compromise: Jonathan repeatedly miscommunicated, provided inaccurate information, and attempted to bill us for errors caused by his own team. - Craftsmanship that Lasts: Quality was frequently compromised in favor of the cheapest methods. For instance, a section of the roof had to be completely redone after warnings regarding non-standard framing were ignored. Without my personal oversight, major issues would have remained unaddressed. Building a home is inherently challenging, but the lack of trust, respect, and quality management throughout this process has made it significantly worse.

Highly recommend working with Lone Ridge Builders!!!
