This company was the worse they could not find out the problem and i have been without my Appliance for several weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone they just did not know what was going on they used the process of elimination to see if they can fix your problem.

The service person was fantastic. He even explained how the machine works.

My washer had a small leak in the front, and the repairman told me that it could mean that the seal needs to be replaced. He tested the washer to check the leak, and even though there was evidence of prior leaking, it didn't leak during the visit. He then recommended that I watch it carefully for now because he would not recommend changing the seal at this time. He also said that if I do need to replace the seal eventually, the service fee would be applied to that repair. He saved me a lot of money!

The company called me back on Christmas Eve and offered to send someone to fix my washer on Christmas Day! I explained that didn't seem right and that the day after Christmas would be fine. The technician arrived during the scheduled time, went to work, and had it going in less than an hour! He was kind, professional and someone I would recommend to anyone!

Called for the price to remove existing and install new built in dishwasher and haul away the old unit. Max quoted me the price immediately which was very competitive. I called him at 12.30 p.m when the new unit was delivered, technician arrived at 3.0 p.m. and completed the work by 4.50 p. m. Excellent service and I would recommend this company for any appliance repair or install.

A polite man came, assessed the problem with my washer, gave me the price for parts and labor, went an purchased the part (water pump) for my Whirlpool washer, installed it, tested it and left. The price was $100 less than Whirlpool had estimated. Very efficient.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem in a very straight forward fashion, and was able to fix the problem in one trip. I would certainly use this company again.

I phoned on Tuesday. They sent someone over after I got off of work on Wednesday. He found out what was wrong, had the parts in his truck, and fixed it on the spot. Amazing service!!

Technician arrived after hours (8pm) to inspect dishwasher and provide repair estimate at no charge. He disassembled access panel and quickly determined the problem - a malfunctioning solenoid. He said he thought it could be cleaned and made operable. He proceeded to remove and clean the part. I was expecting him to discuss the cost once a determination was made. When I stepped out of the kitchen for a moment, he reassembled the solenoid assembly with a NEW solenoid and completed the repair. The totalrepair took about an hour. When I stepped back in after being away 5 mins, he informed me it was fixed and that I owed $150. Poor Communication!

Excellent Service. Max worked very hard to repair my icemaker calling to make sure all was well.
