Lone Star Exteriors

Rafter reinforcement, ridge beam replacement, new roof and decking. We interviewed five different roofing contractors. Victor was the only one to go into the attic and identify the structural problems causing sagging and leaks. He was here daily during the several weeks it took to finish the job, going out his way to keep us informed about what was happening and what was coming up, couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The final product looks great, just had the first rain with no issues. Very, very happy with the outcome.

Lonestar Exteriors did an outstanding job! I hired them for the very large project of removing and replacing my original exterior siding, fascia, and soffit with the James Hardie siding. They also replaced my roof decking and all. They started and finished the job on time as promised and their work crews were consistently on time and put in a full days work - even in the triple digit TX heat! Victor (owner) and Tim (Project Manager) met with me throughout the project to address any questions or concerns I had and did periodic walk about(s) with me to review the work accomplished and explain what was to be done next. Amazing customer service! I highly recommend you consider Lonestar Exteriors for your home projects!

My husband and I can't list so many of the positive professional experiences we have just had with LONESTAR EXTERIORS in the space given! Victor, (owner/and man of his word), Timothy (great communicator/ project manager of great integrity and positivity), and Marcos (the artist/ great expertise in metal engineering): what a team they make!!!! Professionals, consistent, accessible, attentive to details,, and willingly explaining every step of the project. We have dealt with many companies before in many different projects around our home. But, this was unique and Amazing! Victor signed our "long what-we-want list,' gave us a reasonable estimate, and within a week the project started, which was completed in 4 and and a half-days...to every iota of details, and beyond! Hassle and stress free - a great experience to watch it all happen1 About the aesthetics? People driving by, or going for a walk, stop to see the carport, get the builder's name and phone, and to admire.it. Even the city inspector commented various times that it is one of the best carports he has seen, in looks and finishes, and structure. May the LORD bless and prosper this wonderful company. And, we HIGHLY recommend LONESTAR EXTERIORS as the perfect company for your project.

Great

Victor kept in touch with me about the progress, Very satisfied with the work.

Absolutely excellant job. They did a full Hardie siding and trim on entire home. Plus radiant barrier plywood underlayment. Victor organized electrician, who by the way did a great job and was extremely reasonable. Victor also arranged for the painters, who were also professional. All of his workers were so perfection orientated and professionally trained we decided to have them do our roof. Again, it was the best roofing job we have had done on our. Wish we would have found them sooner. We have received so many compliments on our home, I cannot say enough good things about them. I had hired and fired three companies for shoddy work and workers not even knowing where to start before I found Lonestar Exteriors. Not having to worry is worth its weight in Gold!!!

Working with Lonestar was a pleasure. Victor visited us regularly throughout the project, which was to replace all siding, soffits, facia, and then paint. The house looks great. The attention to detail is outstanding. Replaced a couple of external doors, and even straightened a strange angle of the roof of a patio!

They did exactly what you would want a contractor to do. An excellent company to install hardy board. They completely restored my wife's confidence in contractors, hiring someone to do a good job for you. Great company, Owner, Victor Menchaca is great person to work with, stands by what he says.

Victor the owner has an excellent crew. They are professionals and extremely proficient in applying the Hardi Board siding. We are very pleased with this company and hope he gets other jobs. Mary Turner

I am so pleased with the workmanship Lone Star provided. I have a brand new home for the second time. They repaired and replaced the poor quality of product and work the builder used in constructing the home. I highly recommend Lone Star for all replacement work on Hardie Plank Siding. Thank you Lone Star. You weren't cheap but you were worth every penny.

Victor was professional and timely. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and ensured the job was done in a timely manner.

He came out on time. Completed the job in the time frame he stated
