Philip showed up at my location on time and very friendly. Philip did a thorough inspection of my peer and beam foundation as well as the flooring. I was most impressed because my property is a special case, and worthy of a inspection fee. Philip never said one word about money. If you need foundation repair and request their services, you will not be disappointed.

The technical part of the job seems to be satisfactory. The back fill of the holes that were dug for the piers and the clean up was very unsatisfactory!! Voids 2+ feet deep were left under house. The problem did not show up until after a rain and the workers were long gone. Broke 6 of 10 irrigation nozzles in flower bed and covered the mulch with clay. Called the company rep. and was told no one had time to come by.

Xain came out to inspect and let us know that the previous work was still okay and we did not need any repairs at this time. He was courteous, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

They made 2 trips and the house still has sagging floors with doors and cabinets inoperable doors. I looked under the house 6 months later and the beam they installed is sagging. I had others come in and correct what they could at the extra expense but still have some issues. I do not understand how house levelers cannot dig in pier blocks and use a string line to make it right. I leveled our house next door 30 years ago and it is fine so the soil is not the issue. Wishing I was able to still do that stuff myself.
