They were super fast coming out to give an estimate. The estimate was very affordable and they were straight forward with what I needed...no overselling or high pressure. Love that this is a family own and ran business. Anthony who did the install was so down to earth and did not mind answering any questions I had. I could not have asked for a better experience

Lone start did a great looking install but the gutters do not drain. I did call them and they said they will send someone out and we still have not Sean or heard from them as of this day. I can?t get them to come out and fix the problem and frankly I should have to chase them down. I will not recommend lone star to anyone.

"I admit I thought our crew had been by. I only heard from you on the initial & only call. I sent a crew today, they spoke w/your wife. As previously mentioned, you need a roofing company to work on the roof - the sagging & bad fascia areas. Also mentioned at the time of installation that you really need some sort of leaf guard on gutters installed July 5, 2020. You did not want a leaf guard installed. You called in mid-Oct. for gutters not draining. The crew today found your gutters full of leaves thus why they aren't draining. This is on your maintenance, not our fault. We are installing 2 more downspouts @ our cost, but you will have the same."

This is the company you need to hire for a 5 star gutter experience. From the 1st phone call to the finished product on your home. Alot of companies try to rip off women. We prefer to support local family owned businesses, and we found a GREAT one in Jacoby Lone Star Gutters. JLSG came out today to put up gutters, they did an AWESOME job. Very professional and great prices. They matched the color of the new gutters to our trim perfectly, and it looks so nice. They will be coming back to do gutters on a lower roof too. We highly recommend this company !!!

Great to work with. Delay in getting the right size gutter. Replaced the two gutters and downspouts I had to make up for the delay. Now the whole house matches.
