Our inspector was Thomas. He answered all our questions about what he found in and around the house we were looking to purchase and provided helpful homeowner information. Thomas made me feel the best about our decision. We are now homeowners of a beautiful house that is well-suited to last us for years to come. We live out of state but have inherited a second property in San Antonio from a deceased loved one. We contacted Lone Star due to concerns about mold and asbestos before we begin our remodel. Lone Star arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of the property with the highest levels of friendliness and professionalism. Very helpful in explaining deficiencies and areas of concern and more than willing to answer all of my many questions. Detailed report was returned in a very short amount of time which included explanations, photos for reference, and illustrations of good versus bad areas. Took pictures, added recommendations, rated components critical or suggested repair or upgrade in future. Very detailed report. Only thing I advise is for customers to ask for a simplified breakdown of "needs addressed/code" to "suggested improvements in future", as reading through the report (for a first-time homebuyer especially) can be daunting in it's thoroughness. I loved it. Will use again.
