I had text communication with the owner Duane Hill, we actually arranged for him to come out a day earlier than planned. He and his assistant were prompt and professional. They had the broken sprinkler head repaired and checked the yard for other problems. We did find other small problems but I did not feel pressured to fix them. Overall great job and I would use them again.

I don't really have much basis for comparison, but these guys got to me the first time we both had an opening, waited almost half an hour for me to get home from an errand, solved a couple of problems I didn't know I had, and charged me a price I considered fair. I wish I'd asked them to check my whole system while they were here!
