Below I try to detail everything but if TL;DR then here is the summary, Spend a little more and find a reputable tile company, not this oneâ ¦ Joe and Joey do not have the experience or integrity to do the job or settle mistakes. They will waste so much of your time and as mentioned in other reviews be in such a hurry to get home after working a half day you will have them working months on the job. After botching all three bathrooms and agreeing to fix their mistakes, Joe has stopped responding to my calls/texts. I am left with damages to my home, a large mess all around my home and subpar work quality that I am sure to have to pay for repairs later. Joe ran into many issues continuously throughout the job. First, he wasnâ t aware of best practices and wanted to skip manufacturer red label warnings for his own conventional knowledge, even when the warning labels threatened to void warranties on products. He made numerous mistakes on trivial items such as installing bathtubs, couldnâ t manage to align drains/valves/shower heads. The second tub/shower upstairs turned into a nightmare after they still had the same errors as listed on the first install. Where things escalated is the water faucet was cross-threaded and leaked causing water damaged to 1st flr ceiling. Joe blamed the Delta but guaranteed he would fix ceilings The third bathroom they encountered issues after issue, just fumbling their way through things. For the tile I selected a marble stone (BAD IDEA) but Joe thought it was a great idea.. The saying that comes to mind when thinking of this is, â if I knew then what I know nowâ . Being that marble stone is very porous it instantly soaks up all the water and stains and the shower floor has areas where the water doesnâ t drain but pools up. The stone should have been sealed or they should have advised on porcelain or ceramic. Again my shower head and attachment isnâ t centered and are misaligned. They also damaged my tub, luckily Home Depot replaced it but I had to handle all of the returns and pickups for their mistakes. I waited over 10 days for the shower to dry to seal but now Joe will not respond. He has left my ceiling damaged, tiles installed incorrectly and the shower floor shot with proper sealing needed.
