Lone Star Water Services, LLC

This company was assigned to us through American Home Shield to replace our water heater. They installed the water heater on May 20 and then came back on June 16, because there was an alarm below our water heater due to a leak. The technician checked and assured us that everything was OK. Fast forward to September, we found major water damage in our attic, closets and ceiling to our bedroom due to the small leak that turned into a major disaster at a cost of about $ 6,000 (mold remediation and water damage repairs). The technician failed to see the problem with the leak initially, and recommend (or replace a faulty ball valve when installing the heater). Repeated calls have remained unanswered after talking and writing to Megan the General Manager, who promised to get back to me with an answer. She also promised to get the owner get back to me to no avail. This is the most irresponsible, unprofessional, unethical company and I am surprised that American Home Shield would even recommend them as a plumbing company. Unbelievable that they would not even respond or take responsibility for their major mistake. Buyer BEWARE of these people!

They showed up when they said they would and was in and out quickly. They were very nice and did the job they wee asked to do.

The pro used for the job was ill mannered, rude, unprofessional and had no respect for time. He did not finish the job slated and left the work site in a construction mess. He also overcharged for the job which I insisted need revising as I refuse to pay so much for bad service and incomplete work. I will not recommend Lone Star to my friends and family and I am a very dissatisfied customer.
