"Sorry you did not have a better experience. The quote, however, only had one thing listed on it and that was leaf removal and there was over 32 cu yd of leaves to be hauled away. We said we would finish hauling the leaves but you weren't in need of our services anymore and told us not to come back to your property. So we cannot finish hauling the leaves away due to that. Again, sorry your experience was not satisfactory."
