We hired Omar with Lonestar Floor Professionals, LLC to clean our entire tile and grout floor, and carpets in back rooms. He came on Wednesday. After they left there was were white cleaning solution stains in many areas of the floor, including on our furniture. There was also a dark murky residue over the entire floor. He did not come back that day, while we still had everything up off the floor. I was very concerned when I got home and saw the condition of the floors. Omar personally assured me that he would take care of it on Thursday. He did not come on Thursday, not even to evaluate the problem. He sent a very nice helper, who mopped for hours. It did lift some of the white residue, but did nothing to remove the dull dingy waxy residue that was all over the entire floor. I tried removing it with Bona. Bona did not touch it. I could scrape it off with my fingernail. Then I applied Bar Keepers scrubbing powder, and hand scrubbed one tile. This did remove the film. Omar said he could not come on Friday, and agreed to come on Saturday morning at 9 am. We were now on day 3 of not being able to put our house back, my husband's work had been disrupted, I could not properly do my schoolwork after I got home from work, our cats were distressed, and I was exhausted from the whole experience. I also had lost confidence in Omar's ability to do the job right. Throughout, he told me of serious family health issues, so I responded, that he should be with his family, and reimburse us, so we could hire someone to do the job. He did not get back with me. His last communication to me on Friday was that he would be out on Saturday morning at 9 am. We arose Saturday, and proceeded to pick up things off the floor, and get the house ready, (as we had done day after day throughout the week), so they could come in and get out as fast as possible. 9:30 came and he wasn't there. We called him and he did not answer his phone. We texted him and there was no reply. My husband left him a voicemail and he did not answer. The check we had written him had already cleared, so we had no recourse. We called another big company in town, and gratefully they agreed to come out that day. The contractor that came out said that the dirt had been moved around and not actually extracted ( and actually cleaned) (some kind chemical film was mixed with the dirt and adhered to the floor) This whole experience with Omar was a complete nightmare. I have now paid over $3000 for a service. We had to pay the new contractor to first remove whatever film was on the floor by the first contractor, and then they had to actually clean the floor that was not cleaned by Omar. We have learned a hard lesson. Anyone can represent themselves as a professional floor cleaner, and in the future, I will always go with a known company who will stand behind their work. A hard hard lesson.

Not only did Omar do a really good job on my bathroom counter-top, but he was friendly and personable. I am definitely going to use him for other jobs around the house.

Omar's team did a great job! They even went over and beyond expectations!! They made my Travertine tile shower look phenomenal and as if it was just installed!! I would definitely hire them again. Thanks Omar!

I have a marble floor dating from 1989. It was pitted and in need of repair. I hired a contractor before hiring Omar. To make a long story short I ended up firing the first contractor. I then retained Omar s services. Omar showed up on time, explained in details the whole process, answered all my questions and believe me I asked a lot of questions and kept me updated every step of the way. At the end of the day, I could not believe my eyes when I looked at my floor. It is as if I had my floor redone with brand new tile instead of being restored. My family thought I replaced my floors and they could not believe this was a restoration job. It was just beautiful. Omar thank you so much for a job well done. Keep up the good work. You definitely are an expert, with a great eye for the minute details. Your work is just art.

I hired another company at first but once they got there they decided it was to much for them and told me to call Omar with Lonestar. He would be able to take care of me. I would hire Omar again. Daniel

Omar did a wonderful job with our tile floors and grout. He was punctual with his arrival and made sure that he did everything he can do to make sure we were satisfied with the job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our floors and grout look super bright! I would definitely hire him again.
