Sam and his company were hired this past spring to fix the roof on our 4-flat condo building. He and his crew of what looked to be kids under the age of 18 came out and sealed the roof, but failed to fix the cause of the leak. So, the next time it rained, we continued to get water into our bathroom. I called Sam and he came back out, but the problem still was not fixed. By this time, we were starting to grow mold inside our bathroom b/c the water still had an entry point. When I contacted Sam again, he was much harder to get a hold of. I had to email and call several times just to get him to pick up the phone. When I finally did, he refused to provide a refund and required that we give him a third time to try and come out and fix the problem. Against my better judgment, I made an appointment with him and Sam did not bother to show up nor did he call to let me know he wouldn't be showing that day. I had to call him several times again just to get an answer and to request a refund, but no dice. He flat out refused and said I wouldn't allow him to fix the roof. After three repair attempts, I think its time to find a qualified contractor. DO NOT HIRE SAM STEVENS OR HIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT AND WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!
