    Excellent presentation and guarantee on the work. Commitment to replace underlay. Completed inspection on the first visit. They may be more expensive but they will do more than putting a new layer of asphalt over the old layer. Also the warranty is transferable to new owners.

    They replaced our roof this summer and replaced our back patio door this fall. We had great experiences with both projects. Communication was excellent, right from the start. Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge.

    I want everyone to know that Cierra Goliday really was an amazing employee she did everything I needed and then some, she made sure everything was perfectly to my liking and she made sure that any questions and concerns I had were quickly addressed and my overall experience with her was just down right amazing.

    I called around for information on a bath replacement, i didn't think anyone would be in on Saturday but someone actually answered the phone! It was a young woman named Cierra. She was kind enough to pause what she was doing to answer all of my questions. The only question she didn't have an answer for, was the pricing of the job. That is understandable as she isnt in sales but that is okay. I am going to look around and If i decide to use Long, She will hopefully be the one i work with. AWESOME customer service. LHP i hope all your employees are like Cierra!

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
