Contracted Long Baths to install new shower on 3/21/24. Salesmen were very professional. 4/18/24 New shower installed. The contractors did a terrific job on the installation, very hard working contractors. All was good, except they were suppose to extend one shower wall about 4 inches around corner. They did not do that and they knew nothing of this. Called that very day to Long Baths, left message to call back. No call back! Called a few times and finally spoke to representative. She said she would have someone call us. No call back! Called one of the salesmen. He remembered our conversation of wanted one wall to be extended to cover a problem area. He also said he would call us back. No call back! Its now, 2 weeks later and still no call back?? Bottom line, do not contract Long Baths â bad customer relations!

Shower has not yet been installed; probably some time in December, so cannot rate the work quality at this time. However, provided the best technical product and the best proposal, although not the lowest price, but the quality of their product and presentation was what won us over.

Supposed to take two days and took eight. Damaged a water line and caused damage to my ceiling. Did not show up When they told they would. I asked for 2000 off and we compromised on 1000.00

My project began March 16th (tub to shower conversion). The main project was completed in two/three days. However, I am still waiting for the final plumbing inspection...and there is a patch on my wall as the final repairs have not yet been completed. Calls are ignored pretty much at this point. I would love an answer as to what the problem is but I have not received one. I do love my new shower but would NOT recommend this firm as the project management team has been ignoring me for weeks. I don't inundate them with calls but have not have any word in weeks. I have already complained with the MA state consumer protection bureau.
