This company is magical. We needed a pool filter replaced in the middle of a weekend with a house full of family. Ten minutes after they responded to my Saturday Home Advisor inquiry the phone rang. I explained my predicament.Thirty minuted later a truck pulled up to my house with a new filter which was installed and working in less than an hour. That included removing the old 500 pound filter and installing a new 500 pound filter. I fired the previous provider (of 23 years) and signed their contract to service our pool. They will be my service company for ever.

I'm not really one to write reviews but I feel as though I have to give these guys some recognition. If I could give these 10 stars I would. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and punctual. Andre and Alvin showed up exactly when they said they would. They introduced themselves and went right to work. They explained each step to me and got my pool opened and running in an hour. The pool water was black but after they made the water not just crystal clear but also SAFE for my kids to swim in (my kids drink a lot of pool water.) I called again to have the pool vacuumed and Marcus showed up exactly as scheduled and I experienced the same great service. What really stood out is how attentive they are - answering all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions). they even have 24/7 phone support which is so handy. The prices were very fair especially with all that I get in return. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool or has questions about their pool. I even signed up for their weekly service that they offer so I look forward to seeing them every week. I also can't wait to enjoy my pool and I don't think I'd be able too had it not been for Long Island Pool and Spa Service
