The mechanic left a mess in our kitchen floor , very streaky and lots of dirt on the floor. In our den He supposedly cleaned the carpet, carpet was still wet and a mess was left on the wooden floor. Took me snd my wife two hours to clean the kitchen floor and floor in the den. would never recommend these people again. Adam problem be some neutral cleanerwhrn he gave us the estimate, then wanted me to pay $40 for it. Find another company fir your flooring.

Came across Long Island steam cleaners online. Needed to get my bedroom carpet professionally cleaned, 2 area rugs and my couches. Adam came to do the quote he is very professional I received quick response with estimate and was even able to schedule the cleaning NEXT day!!!!! Day of service Tim came he was very polite, professional and did a fantastic job. Will be reaching out to them when I am ready to redo my wood floors.

I like this company for many reasons. This was the first company I got an estimate from. Adam not only did the estimate but the cleaning. I had new cabinets installed and was unaware until Adam told me, that my stainless steel appliances would be protected with a film when the work was done. The second company sent a salesperson who not only did not mention that, but did not have an answer when I asked if it was done. I would not choose a company by price. Adams quote was HALF the price of the second company. I choose LI Steam Cleaner because while speaking with Adam, he was very informative and did not push getting my grout colored among other things, as the other company did. Adam also cleaned my 2 area rugs. The other company said I had to ask the guy that would be cleaning my grout what the price would be. Very odd that a salesperson could not include them in my estimate. I also had my laundry room/boiler room tile and grout cleaned. I bought the house a few years ago and always disliked this room because of the grime from the boiler. After Adam left and the floor totally dried, I was amazed that the gout was not dark brown, but a light tan color. I highly recommend LI Steam Cleaners because Adam takes pride in his work. It shows his knowledge and work. He is not just working for a company. It IS his company.
